Your starting point

This is for you if…

  • You have a field or study direction in mind.
  • You want to compare programs beyond their names.
  • Requirements and deadlines are becoming difficult to organise.
  • You need to identify preparation gaps before applying.

What we work on together

We research programs in relation to your priorities, compare published requirements and organise the tasks that follow. A source and verification date accompany the comparison so you can return to the original information.

How it works

Your part

You own your journey.

Provide accurate academic information, complete your own tasks, obtain documents and confirm the institution’s instructions before submission. Keep your written work authentic and monitor official updates.

Where the scope ends

Essay drafting, unlimited document reviews, translation, credential evaluation, application fees and submission on your behalf are not automatically included. Any application coaching or review requires a separate agreed scope.

Institutions make admission and scholarship decisions. Education guidance does not guarantee these outcomes.

Fees follow the scope.

Before paid work begins, you receive a proposal covering objectives, outputs, quantities, schedule, responsibilities and fees. Formats, revisions and follow-up are confirmed in that agreement. Third-party fees and costs are separate.

Questions about this stage

How many programs will we compare?

The number is specified in the proposal after we discuss your goals and the research involved. There is no standard count promised on this page.

Does this include writing my application?

No. Your application must remain your own work. Any coaching or review is separately scoped, with responsibilities and limits agreed before work begins.

Will the funding tracker secure a scholarship?

No. It helps organise opportunities and questions. You must confirm eligibility and apply as instructed; the awarding institution decides the outcome.

What if a university changes its requirements?

The comparison records official sources and verification dates. Recheck those sources before acting. The proposal sets out any agreed updating or follow-up work.
