Your enquiry

The contact form sends the details you provide to NextSteps through Wix Forms. They are stored in our Wix account to respond and discuss the guidance you request. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

If you arrive through a NextSteps social media link, its campaign details can accompany your enquiry. We use them to understand which content led to your message. These details stay in the links while you browse; this feature does not set tracking cookies or subscribe you to marketing.

Share only what is needed

Use a brief description for first contact. Please do not include passports, financial records or other sensitive documents. If further information is needed for agreed work, we will discuss how to provide it.

Website services

Wix provides hosting and form services and may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the website. This site has no advertising trackers, newsletter signup or client account system. External sites and email providers apply their own privacy practices.

Your choices and questions

Email vinny@nextstepsinternational.com to ask about information you have shared, request a correction or discuss deletion. The downloadable resources do not send their contents to NextSteps.

Independent education guidance

NextSteps International Education provides independent Canadian university guidance. University images and references do not imply a partnership, endorsement or preferential access. Admissions and scholarship decisions belong to the institutions. Individual scope and fees are agreed separately before paid work begins.

Language selection

The site can suggest a language using your browser language. Choosing EN, PT or ES saves your preference in a cookie for one year. You can change it at any time using the language selector. Links to a specific language keep that language.
